DHS released the results of the 2019 HOPE count last month, estimating that there were 3,588 unsheltered homeless people in 2019. This is 2.4% fewer than last year and 7.8% fewer than the count two years ago, though the 2019 estimate is still higher than the numbers found in 2008-2016.
